Digital products
Books and guides are delivered as PDF downloads, and courses as online videos, in your account after payment. They are for your own study only. Please do not copy, share, resell or upload them. All content on this site belongs to Apex Language Academy.
Your account
Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your account with other people.
Classes, tutorials and assessments
Classes, 1:1 tutorials and assessments are arranged directly with us. The price, schedule and any cancellation arrangements are agreed with you before you start. Please call or message us to arrange them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. If tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Practice tests
Our practice tests are independent materials written by Apex Language Academy. They are not official CELPIP or IELTS products and do not predict an official score. CELPIP and IELTS are trademarks of their respective owners.
Results
We do our best to help you improve, but we cannot guarantee any particular exam score.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, copy it automatically or get into other people’s accounts. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site and your downloads available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
